Notes:

In the 1870 Census there is a Permelia Crosby (age 68 - dob 1802 & a Katherine Crosby (age 26 - dob 1844) in the family household. Possibly Nancy's mother? Other family trees indicate that Charles Coker's wife is named Mary Ann Causby. Also in the household is a Howell(?) Bell (age 15 - dob 1855). Other family trees indicate that Charles Cocker's wife is named Mary Bell.
