I know that my sister Lola has recently sent you some information
regarding the Brasfields.
To further update I am sending you the following.
I am the son of Leroy Ellison Brasfield 1876-1942
Leroy Brasfield born 8/12/40 at Fountain Grove, Linn County, MO
I married Marian Ethel McCausland on 11/25/59
We have one son
Kevin Scott Brasfield born 4/13/64 in Kansas City, MO
He married Miriam Neal Wyrick on 1/26/91
They have one son
Leroy Neal Brasfield born 12/3/93 in Leavenworth, KS
They are now divorced and Kevin has remarried to
Christina Nincu on 3/17/00
After living in Kansas City, MO for 35 years, we have both retired and
have now moved back to Linn County, about 6 miles from where I was born.

We will look forward to checking the Brasfield site to keep updated on
the listings.

Leroy married SWIHART, Lora Ellen on 1 Jan 1936 in Linn, Missouri, USA. Lora (daughter of SWIHART, Joshua Sheldon and ASH, Bertha Ann) was born on 24 Mar 1918 in Seneca, Newton, Missouri, USA; died on 11 Aug 1968 in Chillicothe, Livingston, Missouri, USA; was buried in Excelsior Springs, MO. My mother Lora Ellen Swihart, cleaned house for Leroy E. Brasfield and his wife Etta. She died( I will get the exact date). Leroy and my mother were married in Meadville, Mo (Linn County) January 1937. I was born Oct. 14, 1937. I have one brother, Leroy Brasfield he was born August 12, 1940. Our father died in 1942. My mother died in 1968(car accident). I will get more dates ect. for you.
