Notes:

Elaine I. Thorne, 85, of Dutton, who worked as a cook and loved bingo, died of natural causes Monday at Benefis East. Graveside services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the Dutton Cemetery. Pondera Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Jean Keller of Snohomish, Wash.; a brother, Donald Flower of West Valley City, Utah; and numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Ricky in 1993, her first husband, Harper Ricky; and second husband, Layne Thorne.
