Have been trying to locate "Pat" Brasfield unsuccessfully for a year +. His mother remarried a Doctor Hill. Pat referred to his mom as Ro, and his stepfather as Doc. He has 2 half sisters. nancy and Phoebe. Pat married Jane Cobb (deceased) and they have 3 children: Cora Cobb, Sam and Emily. Samuel Patton Hand Brasfield Jr., 63, of Richmond, Va. And a native of Demopolis, died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, in a Richmond hospital. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2004, at the First Presbyterian Church in Demopolis with Tom Boggs officiating. Mr. Brasfield is survived by three daughters, Cora Brasfield Causey of Birmingham, Emily Brasfield DeAngelo of Carlisle, Pa. and Hope Marie Brasfield of Mobile; two sisters, Nancy Brasfield Farr of Atlanta, Ga. and Shannon Hill Zuniga of Birmingham; a son, Samuel Patton Hand Brasfield III of Virginia Beach, Va.; grandchildren, Emily Katherine Causey, Sarah Coleman Causey, Samuel MacDonald DeAngelo, Carl Joseph DeAngelo III, Abby Jayne DeAngelo, Grace Kathryn DeAngelo, Samuel Patton Hand Brasfield IV.
