Nicole - I am back home now and have had a chance to check my material. Aaron Brasfield (1910 - 1983) of Gonzales, Gonzales County, Texas turned up in a search of Social Security records (459-07-5961). I added him to the "family file" even though I don't know anything about him or his ancestry or descendents. I do this quite often with "unknowns" in hopes of finding a lead later on.
