BRANTLEY Loretta Brantley, age 68, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 29, 2004 at Doctors West Hospital. Former member of Shiloh Baptist Church and retired from Wonder Bread. Active member of the Eastern Stars, past Worthy Matron of Amanda Chapter 91 and the Rows of Seven Seals. Predeceased by mother Mattie Lou McGee-Brassfield-McCoy, father Henry Heidelbergh, step-father Hylas Brassfield, husband James S. Brantley, Sr. and son Jabari Brantley. Survived by daughters, Jacqueline Brantley, LaNita Brantley and Michelle Brantley; sons, James Brantley, Jr., Paul Brantley and David Brantley; 30 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many, many, other relatives and friends. Homegoing Celebration 7 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2004 at J. MARTIN SMITH MORTUARY, 1173 E. Hudson St., 447-9383. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until the time of service.
