There are to many simularities with the information we got from ancestry plus. As I told you before , we don't know mother Mabel mother's name either , she was raise by a lady name mother Karri Cato in Cape Giriodo Mo.She was born on May 8th,1895. She died in Columbus Ohio in 1979 (I don't know the exact date, I never had the privelege of meeting her, at the time I was 14yrs old, my husband is 28yrs my senior,we've been married now for 18yrs.smile.) We so know that she had been married once before to a man by the last name of Ellis, before marring Mr Jackson, out of her first union she had two childern , Alonzo and Vivian Ellis, these were her oldest children . They were born in Champian Ill. My father Jesse Jackson was also born in Cape Giriodo Mo. I don! 't know when or where they met. To whom it may concern: My name is Rudolph Jackson, The reason I am writting you this e-mail is because Mabel Brassfield -Jackson was my mother,she was born in cape giriado Mo on May 8th, 1895, The only thing my sister and I know for sure is that her mother died shortly after her birth and Mother Karri raised . So we are tring to find out any information that is available to us. My mother married Jessie Jackson and the were married for over sixty years. Mom passed away in1979,and my father in1987 he lived to be 100yrs old. So we were blessed with a loving and caring family.
