September 5, 1942 - July 23, 2020

Betty Ann Kelley Nicholson Brasfield age 77, entered this life on September 5, 1942 in Yorkville, Gibson County, TN to the late Willie & Vivian Troutt Kelley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Robert Nicholson, Sr. and James Brasfield; brothers, Roy and Coy Kelley and John Kelley.

She is survived by her three sons, James "Sonny" (Jeanne) Nicholson, Jr. Ricky (Robin) Nicholson and Donald (Liz) Nicholson all of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Daniel (Tracy) Nicholson, Ashley Nicholson, Dustin (Jackie) Nicholson, Destiny (Brandon) Harrell, Lauren (Isaac) Taylor , Shelby (Kevin) Betts and Taylor Nicholson; Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; siblings, Harold (Doreen) Kelley, Willie Joe Kelley, Kenneth (Kim) Kelley.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from four until seven o'clock in the evening on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The family requests for all in attendance to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing. In respect of those wishing to pay their respects, please limit your time to allow others to visit.

A Private Family only Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Monday, July 27, 2020 at eleven o'clock in the morning in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home where the service will be broadcast on Facebook Live @WoodlawnRoesch with Brian Kelley and Kevin Betts as officiants.

A Graveside Service will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park for all that would like to attend, remember face coverings and social distancing still required.

In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
