    MARION -- Mary Juanita Brasfield, 67, of Marion, formerly of Marked Tree, died Saturday, Oct. 8, at Memphis Healthcare and Rehab.

    Born in Mississippi, she grew up in Marked Tree. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal belief.

    Survivors include two sons, Floyd Dewyn Brasfield of Marion and Eddie Franklin Brasfield of Memphis; two daughters, Donna Earline Brasfield of Tulsa, Okla., and Noveitta Lynn Turner of Marion; a sister, Doris Lowietta Webster of Morris Chapel, Tenn.; a brother, Jerry Franklin Henderson of Hobbs, N.M.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Marion Brasfield; her parents, William Roger and Addie Mabel Young Henderson; and two brothers.

    The body will be cremated, and a private memorial service will take place at a later date. Weston Funeral Service of Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.

    Jasper was married to Mary Jane Little. She isn't 100% sure of Mary Jane's last name but thinks she is right. They had 5 children, Sadie, Victoria, and Ellie May, two sons, Glokcus ( not sure of spelling) and another she only knew as A. They were from So. Mo. around Steele and Hayti, and Hermandale. They later moved to Yarbro, Ark. and later Blytheville. Sadie died sometime in the 80's, i believe. I will try to find out more. Hope this is helpful.Sipes,Brasfield,Wilson, Henderson.Yearby

    Hello,Trying to help my friend here in Mo to find her people before its to late.I have some photos to share. Jasper Brasfield an Mary E Brasfield,This friend I notice most of her Sipes I notice today were in Ark. A aunt of hers is Estell ,Geneva,Will H,Polly Henderson. Polly was adopted outThey lived with Estell brother.. Clay Sipes was suppose to be full blooded indian Annie Knight was Irish.Jasper Brasfield marr twice his children was Rosa b--1883 Robert was b--july 14 1887Jasper an Mary first wife b-Tenn they had 11 kids..
