Hope Brassfield

VARDAMAN - Hope Michelle Brassfield, 38, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, at her home. She was born May 19, 1966, in Vardaman. She was a homemaker. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Bruce with Bro. Robert Alexander and Bro. Lynn Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Oak Springs Cemetery. Survivors include her mother, Eunice Marie Brassfield Moore of Houlka; her stepfather, Thomas Delaine Moore of Houlka; a son, John Curtis Williams of Maben; three sisters, Pamela Kay Haire of Vardaman, Melissa Ann Longest of Bruce and Virginia Powell of Oxford; five brothers, Rodney Earl Brassfield of Vardaman, Lester Wade Brassfield and Christopher Moore, both of Houlka, T.D. Moore of Houston and Gary Moore of Oxford; her grandmother, Doris Whitt of Maben; a lifelong friend, John Earl Williams of Maben. She was preceded in death by her father, Everette Lee Brassfield. Pallbearers will be William Hardin, Chris Terry, Cory Brassfield, Cody Brassfield, Rodney A. Brassfield and Benny Walls. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
