Lola C. Clark, a 76-year-old Rupert resident, passed away August 13, 2004, at her home.
Lola was born Dec. 13, 1927 in Lucin, Utah, to Angelo Cesari and Italina Dalsoglio.
She married John Robert Clark and has resided in Rupert her entire life. Lola served as the Minidoka County Deputy Auditor since 1976 until the time of her death. She was a member of the St. Nicholas Parish.
Lola enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by children John Clark (Diane), Jim Clark, Julie Douthit (Mark), Jerry Clark (Norean), and Jeffrey Clark (Laura), 21 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, a sister Vera Brassfield of Atlanta, Georgia, nieces Bobbi Claghorn and Susan Hopkins. She was preceded in death by her husband John R. Clark, her parents Angelo and Italina Cesari and one granddaughter, Tabatha Clark.
Family and friends may call at the mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2004. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. with Deacon Orville Rathe officiating.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004 at 10 a.m. at St. Nicholas Catholic Church with Father Boniface Lutz as Celebrant. Burial will follow at the Rupert Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Nicholas school endowment. Services are under the direction of the Hansen Mortuary Rupert Chapel.
