HALL - Probated June 26, 1945 Last Will and Testament of MRS. CORDIE B. HALL Know All Men By These Presents That I, the undersigned MRS. CORDIE B. HALL, formerly MRS. CORDIE BRASSFIELD, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this as my last Will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills or Codicils heretofore made by me at any time. First: I direct that as soon after my death as practicable all of my Just debts be paid out of any money I may have on hand at the time of my death. Second: I give, devise and grant into my beloved daughter MISS ANNIE B. BRASSFIELD all of my property of every kind and character, both real and personal, to be hers, for her sole and separate use. My real estate now consists of one house and lots situated in the town of Alamo Tennessee being the place I bought from DR. ROBERTSON, in about the year 1913 and at which time I was MRS. BRASSFIELD, widow of DR. BRASSFIELD Deceased. The above house and lots, that is all of the land conveyed to me by the said DR. ROBERTSON, and all real estate which I may die seized and possessed of I hereby give, and devise to my beloved daughter, ANNIE BELL BRASSFIELD, her property in fee simple to be used, disposed or sold and disposed of as she may see fit. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter ANNIE BELL BRASSFIELD all of the personal property of every kind and character, money on hand, notes, household and kitchen furniture and wearing apparal and every other kind of personal property regardless of where the same may be or of what it consists. I wish to state to my other children that the disposition of my property to their sister ANNIE BELL BRASSFIELD is not made and done because I love them less but because my said Daughter ANNIE BELL BRASSFIELD has assisted me in many ways of which they may not be aware and I feel that I owe it to her.     Catherine Ferguson/peal Posted by Randy Peal on Tue, 15 Jun 1999 Surname: Ferguson, Peal, Badgett, Brasfield I'm looking for information about Catherine Ferguson that married Raspberry Peal married (abt. 1845). Raspberry Peal was in the 1850 census for Gibson county TN., which I belive was later named Crockett County TN. Raspberry Peal and Catherine Ferguson may also have ties in NC. Their Children are: Harriet L. Peal , Eugenia E. Peal, George Raspberry Peal, James Henry Peal, Johnathan Franklin Peal, Frances Peal, Robert silvester Peal (Married Anna Badgett they lived in Friendship TN.) Joe Cephas Peal married Eva Irene Brasfield. Also would like to know if anyone has information on Rasberry Peal's line, Raspberry Peal was born december 1st 1813 in williamson county North Carolina but could also be williamson county TN. And died Nov 12, 1885. If anyone has information about of any of these descendants please reply. There are some Brasfields in the family. Two that I can think of off hand Ira Brassfield who married Lula Peal and also Eva Irene Brasfield who married Joe Cephus Peal. So if you are related to from that union we are probably related also. However, the "calculator" does not show any formal relationship to me through James Henry (Henry J.) Peal or Raspberry B. Peal. I have information on 2 different Ira Brasfields, but no information on a marriage to "Lula Peal". I would appreciate any information that you would be willing to share on Ira and Lula.
