    Long-Wed Pair Will Be Hosts--Centerville Couple To Observe 50Th Year Of Marriage

    Mr. and Mrs. Parris were married November 15, 1883, in the L. D. S. endowment house at Salt Lake. They are the parents of a son, and also have a foster son. Their son, John Parrish, is a well-known musician throughout Utah and the entire United States. He is a graduate in voice culture at Paris and spent several years in New York, and for the past four years has been head of the voice department at Christian college at Columbia, Mo. He will arrive home by airplane from Columbia to atted the anniversary celebration. He is scheduled to leave by plane immediately after the celebration for Jefferson City, Mo., where he will sing the following night at the executive mansion at the wedding reception of Henrietta, daughter of Governor and Mrs. Guy Brasfield Park, and John Marvin Krause, who are to be married November 16.
