John is survived by his wife of 56 years, Wanda Sue Brasfield of Beaumont; sons, John E. Brasfield, Jr., Tim Brasfield both of Beaumont; brother, Harold Brasfield of Tyler; his dog Obie. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church 900 Calder Ave. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev.
