    Terry Brassfield, 64, of Sweet Home, died Thursday, Nov. 27, at his home. A private family gathering was held. Workman and Steckly Funeral Chapel handled the arrangements. He was born March 4, 1939, in Denver, Colo., the son of James and Ruth (Lindenschmidt) Brassfield. During the 1960s he served in the U.S. Navy. In 1963, he married Carol Weaver. They lived in many parts of the United States while he worked in construction. For five years, he worked for Monaco Coach as a security guard. They lived in Sweet Home for the past eight years. Mr. Brassfield is survived by his wife, Carol, of Sweet Home; daughters Mechelle Bird and Vonnie Christensen, both of Lebanon; grandchildren Tony, Jaimie and Micky; brother Jimmy Brassfield of Colorado; and sister Pat Happs of Colorado. Memorial contributions may be made to Evergreen Hospice.
