- Domicelle J. Molik, 88, Green Bay, passed into eternal rest on Friday, Nov. 26, 2010. She was born on Nov. 2, 1922, to the late Frank and Laura (Szcegielski) Erdman in Milwaukee, Wis. She attended grade school and high school there.
After graduating from high school, she worked at Joe Ott and then Perfex. She married Francis C. Molik on June 25, 1947, at St. Alexander Catholic Church in Milwaukee.
She became a full-time homemaker and was always there for her children. She volunteered at school when they were little and supported them in all their endeavors. She enjoyed playing games, playing cards, reading, dancing and traveling. Some of her happiest times were when she and Frank got to travel with their children and grandchildren. She and Frank also spent many years dancing to polka bands all over Milwaukee. She enjoyed her great-grandchildren as long as her mind let her. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Francis, Green Bay; children, Margaret (John) Schneider, Green Bay; Michael (Sandra) Molik, Eden Prairie, Minn.; five grandchildren, David (Janis) Schneider, Cathy (Aaron) Willems, Diane (fiance, Michael Shea) Schneider, Marc Molik, Laura (fiance, Caleb Sullivan) Molik; four great-grandchildren, Kayla, Austin, Alex and Emily Willems; two future great-grandchildren, Alicia and Logan Shea; brothers-in-law, Peter (Mimi) Molik, Green Bay; Paul (Jean) Molik, Green Bay; sisters-in-law, Rita (Lee) Doherty, De Pere; Lorraine (Kenneth) Schenian, Waukesha; and Patricia Molik, Green Bay; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Marcella (James) Halkey, Seraphine (Albert) Brassfield; brothers and sisters-in-law, John (Marion) Molik, Edward Molik, Jerome Molik, Sophie Molik, Helen (Gene) Bettis, Irene (William) Schweiner; and great-granddaughter, Gabrielle Catherine Willems.
Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Parish wake service 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday morning at St. Bernard Catholic Church after 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
