  Vera Pilkington Brasfield Vera Pilkington Brasfield, 75, of Ripley, homemaker, died May 4, 2004 at Ripley Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. Services were held May 7, at Munford Funeral Home, with burial in Mount Lebanon Cemetery in Covington. She was a member of Ripley First Apostolic Church. Mrs. Brasfield, widow of John Robert Brasfield, leaves two daughters, Denise Cagle and Teresa Kay Jacobs, both of Ripley; four sons, John Larry Brasfield of Maywood, Ill., Cecil Earl Brasfield of Robinson, Ill., Robert Bryson Brasfield of Chicago Heights, Ill., and John Clifton of Lucedale, Miss.; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
